Food Log: Day 2

soaked flax seeds approx 2 tbspoons
banana
cinnamon
1/2 apple
bread (yeastless, whole grain, no bs) olive oil
tomatoes w/some spices I added
cucumber
apple
pear
bananas
salad - dulse carrot tomato pepper(bell) olive oil cayenne kummel turmeric himalayan salt sesame - salad can be seen here

bread (same as earlier but with flax) w/goat bleu (I developed the pimple the morning after and when I tried to eat some of the cheese felt un-great - just briefly though!)
half pear
frozen banana

I also ceased eating relatively late (around 2.5 hours before sleeping as opposed to the 4 I've seen suggested)
