3 weeks! went by fast! i'm glad i've been blogging to remind me of progress

today i ate 80 fuyu persimmons. feeling great. would like to eat a salad and more fuyus but it's late. tomorrow i will probably eat bananas and persimmons and BIG time salad.

I had a bit of heartburn today perhaps not exercising enough not sure I will find out.
feeling great though. wouldn't trade the diet.

other stuff's going great too.somet things are sad but what can you do. i don't know. maybe i'm not as help oriented as i thought i am. i am learnign about how i know who i am who i choose to be etc..

Day 15 8-1-1 Low Fat Raw Vegan

I ate around 40 of the smaller persimmon variety
I ate one orange, a handful of strawberry tree fruit (both growing at Stanford)

the smoothie went brown pretty fast (fiv minutes or less) is that ap roblm? I heard that metal can ruin vitamin c or oxidize something or somthing. I don't know. But I feel great and clear.

NEVER FELT THIS GOOD. My eyesight improved massively, my teeth have gotten whiter! and stronger! I use no toothpaste and brush twice a day with a bit of water. I like to floss often too. I have been swishing saliva (alkaline solution)

today i ate a bunch of persimmons and celery and fennel and bananas that's it! easy peasy! life is so sweet and simplified! oh my my

organic! raw! vegan! fruooootz and greens peoples! and i'm going mega local now. no more bananas buying farmers market stuff and doing it right lifestyling!

Glasses do not heal vision problems.

Has your prescription increased in power? I, like most people, began with a -.25 prescription that incrementally went up to a -.5, -.75, -1,5, -2.25, all the way to -3.75. It took many visits to the eye doctors and new glasses, new frames, and contacts. Each visit cost around $200 and the glasses cost around $100 for the frame and another $100 for the lenses. Well over $2000 have been spent on glasses.

Somehow, at 24 I do not require glasses at all. Not for reading distance. Not for reading close. Not for driving during day or night. I palmed, relaxed, did yoga, imagined clarity, allowed clarity and over time found that clarity.

To me it is obvious that muscle tension caused the blurriness. I was tense unnecessarily. I could feel it. I could feel that my eyes were not simply relaxed. When I would relax I'd find my vision improved. When I'd wake up after restful sleep I'd see that my acuity had improved. After long hours late at night on the computer, my vision would be blurrier. It didn't take much for me to understand. Either way I wanted to feel relaxed in my eyes so I did the work. I allowed myslf to process whatever feelings were going on. I cried and wailed and relaxed and danced and made eye contact and connected and showed up for life.

What is the use of the glasses?

Well you say that you can't see without them. The issue I take with that statement is that you clearly do see blurry. Let me say that again - you are clearly seeing things blurry. You are clearly not seeing thing clearly if your vision is blurry - this is meaningful to your psychology. This is meaningful to your life. This is just like if you are carrying massive amounts of tension in your pelvis. Would massive amounts of tension in your pelvis have some impact on your sexuality? Would it stem from your sexual blocks or create sexual blocks? Does tension in the shoulders create anger? Does anger create shoulder tension?


If you don't understand that your muscular use is obscuring your clarity and you think it's a congenital hereditary condition to have blurry vision, then I can understand your refusal to take off your lenses and see how you see the world. However, if you know that it is the muscles I urge you to remove your glasses because they encourage terrible misuse and misshaping the eyeball.

Here is some text I wrote at some point.

If you have been carrying tension it is quite possible your conscious mind has not determined to become fully aware of the nature of your pain. I have my clients play a game called "name your pain." The function of this is to allow their conscious minds to extend their awareness space. Many people if they are asked to point to where they feel their presence point to their heads, others to their hearts, others just open their arms wide and feel all as their presence. If the body has been crying in pain and the conscious mind or sub-conscious mind at some point has determined to ignore or suppress these messages, it is likely (if not necessary) that the conscious mind will no longer inhabit those tense and painful areas. Since the tense and painful areas are dynamic and not simply a piece of real estate, the denying mind creates a larger cloud of pain than actually exists. In order to deny the pain, the body must create a buffer zone of numbness. In order to create the numb zone, the body avoids free movement and deep breathing. What do you think avoiding deep breathing and free movement does to your body?  So if the conscious mind finds itself attending to shoulder pain, does it have the stamina to resolve it? Does the conscious mind first realize that the pain is self-caused and that through one of a multitude of methods that pain could disappear as the energy going into its creation is simply returned to flow properly throughout the bioenergetic system?

If you have ever noticed tense use of a body you see that certain areas of muscle appear hard. It is common for nearsighted people to move around as if their shoulders were a snare drum.

What requires more energy - constantly contracting a muscle, or allowing the muscle to be loose until contraction is useful?

It is an obvious question with an obvious answer and it is important that the conscious mind allows this understanding to settle deep into the being of the body. Deep understanding that it is preferable for your body to allow muscular relaxation must wash over all tension. Olympic weight lifters know this. Olympic weight lifters know to exert only the amount of energy necessary for their task. If you have ever picked up a milk jug expecting it to be full and it is empty

Upon understanding this, the conscious mind AND the unconscious mind can begin to allow relaxation of tension on the basis of recirculating the unnecessarily expended energy. This is an important pattern to rework because of the previous patterns that resulted in tension for so long.

The previous pattern is of the conscious mind inadvertantly being alerted to pain and reacting to it by further resistance or avoidance - because at both a conscious and unconscious level the mind has judged awareness of pain to be a negative stimulus instead of the energetic gold mine that it is.

This same principle can be applied to proper eating habits. A person notices that on a daily basis 10% of their caloric intake*(cola) does not serve nutritive purposes. If the person approaches this from a judging perspective this can cause further pain. Even though a person can end up making a shift in eating pattern, their core perspective is not yet healed. When the core perspective sees healing everywhere, the person can be considered healed.


 Naming your pain allows your complete body to speak with you. Please note and feel out that language "speak with you;" there is something discordant about this because the body is you. Now I don't wish to discuss the idea that we as individuals are in fact many and form some kind of consensus consciousness, but please feel this idea of being many - the idea that your leg is not you but speaks with you and is one of you speaking for you. Naming your pain extends positive consciousness throughout the body. A body in denial of pain - which is the linear time case in 100% of clients - once a person names all their pains a transformation must happen because the communication has been returned. Do you want a clear line of communication with your shoulders regardless of how painful it might be? Remember I am asking about a CLEAR line of communication. This may sound extreme but I see implications on global policy and strong symbolism between the internal state and external state. We can avoid communicating from our aching back - we don't want to listen, we don't want to hear! However, what would happen if we listened? We'd understand that the back wants less and not more! The back doesn't want more energy from us - it wants less! The tensions are only existing when energy is directed there to maintain the constant improper muscular tension. It is really that simple. So if it is that simple how come the shoulders are tense? To me, naming the pain is simple and fun like meeting a new friend in a pick-up game of basketball - we will be team-mates for the afternoon and perhaps never see each other again in the same form. he discovered this because he noticed that when patients that lost their glasses returned to be fitted for new glasses, were requiring less powerful prescriptions than before. after further study dr. bates noticed that people that wore glasses tended to use their bodies with more strain and poor posture than their clear-sighted counter-parts

nearsighted - a minus 3.75 prescription with astigmatism

i didn't believe there could possibly be a natural cure to vision problems i'd had glasses since i was twelve and my vision was just getting worse - every time i got checked for glasses my prescription would be more powerful

i knew i was straining. my shoulders were tight and hunched forward, my neck was tight and my eyes certainly did not feel relaxed

it was hard to relax because of how stressed i was, but somehow i found out about meditation and soon learned that at least once in a while i could calm down mentally and just experience my being


i took off my glasses more and more and soon saw a very important improved to my eyes - i could read the computer screen without glasses. this was all i truly needed to see because i was not driving at the time and had no direct need to see distant details

i kept my glasses off for several months and noticed that when i tried them on again i would feel a headache. later i discovered that this "headache" was my muscles squeezing my eye to elongate the focal length so that i would see clearly with the lenses on.

i knew i was making progress. especially in the morning after a nice rest, my vision appeared clearer. once in a while I would have a flash of great clarity. i would see 20/20 for a brief instant, i'd notice the clarity and try to see 20/20 after that. as soon as i'd try the sharpness would fade!

i finally had the great fortune and opportunity to speak with Greg Marsh a Natural Vision Teacher out of Fort Collins, CO. He had improved his eyesight from -14 and -12 truly coke bottle thick glasses! He encouraged me and told me it was possible to heal my eyes. After that day I progressed by leaps and bounds.

I began to palm more and more (image would be great here)

Everyday I noticed more directly how i was holding my body and how i could relax and everyday I did relax. I became more and more free and relaxed in my movement. And my vision became increasingly vivid. I went to the optometrist and was re-checked and my prescription was reduced all the way to -2.25 from a -3.75. As soon as I saw this, my vision improved even more

I understood and directly felt the strain i was putting on my eyes and noticed how amazingly vivid my vision and how great  i felt when i relaxed. it took me a lot of work though because there were so many reasons i had to not be relaxed. i was deep in debt, didn't have a sufficient job, lonely, scared about the world, and used my computer all day and night! plus, i wasn't around people who were consciously helping me relax. So I turned the tables around and started helping others relax and find their peace.

Even though my body was tense in different places, I learned how to truly appreciate my mental peace and spent time every single day dedicated to that mental peace. I found that most of my friends did not have a personal peace practice and discovered how much I loved to help with that!

Since I was in Israel and my friends were accross the world, I began conducting relaxation sessions over skype. They were individually tailored, but they usually were something ilke this....

make sure you're sitting comfortably with your back straight and your hands in a comfortable place where you won't need to move them for a while... eetc...


with each session i found a deeper sense of peace and relaxation not only for my mind but for my body and it felt so great to receive the gratitude from my friends.. i continued with my practices and realized everyday that my vision improves. life has become so much more vivid since i have ceased straining and stressing and staring. it feels like i am not stuck anymore. that ican see without any aid of correction. it's amazing to believe that i wore glasses for twelve years. i missed out on so much fun! so much vivid colors and joy of being relaxed with people! it feels so good to have a relaxed body and to see things without straining! i now know that eveyr time i put on those glasse my eyes were straining! how can i live a life of constant strain! what a terrible loss.

i guess i am grateful that iw ent through this becaiuse i can now help some of the millions of people stressing and straining simply to see! how much better would life be to wake up feeling confident without an external aid? wouldn't it be nice to be relaxed from morning till night? to discover that situations you thought were stressful can actually be relaxed and calm? i can remember so many experiences helping people relax and hwo grateful I was to provide some relief to others. everyday my breathing becomes deeper and my body is more flexible. the more delicately i use my eyes the more vivid and clear my vision is. at times it is much better than 20/20.

Immense Clarity

So the past couple weeks have been largely dedicated to clearing energy. Clearing energy means clearing energy means clearing energy means clear energy. Obviously my vision has been very important to me and I pride myself on having healed my eyesight fully. It is amazing and everyday I must truly update my worldview no pun intended because of how wonderful my eyesight now is after 12 years of tension staring and glasses. Thank God for God. Special shout out to Dr. Bates of the Bates Method, Meir Schneider, and Greg Marsh - you have helped me so much. Special thanks to my dad who taught me I could believe whatever I wanted regardless of what the majority of people seem to think and special thanks to my mother who had the faith in positive change and both of them for their constant unconditional love - I truly could not have been blessed with better parents. I would like to thank Dogson my spiritual brother and fellow material teacher, student, client, patron, shapeshifter, bodhi et cetera. Special thanks as well to Suzan my life coach for increasing my accountability and responsibility. Immense growth one million salutations to all.

I have perfect vision. My eyes receive all the necessary information. My corneas are healthy.

In order to focus close I must allow my muscles to focus close. To focus far I must allow my muscles to relax into that focus.

Take a conventional camera lens manual focus - you turn the shaft and once it is focused you let it go there you don't need to strain to see what is already in focus.

Getting up early

I want to sleep when the sun is down and rise when the sun is up. This is important for my health as well as wealth. Over a lifetime I would be spending a lot of money using electricity because it is dark and furthermore waking up in the morning and getting sun is far more productive than staying up late and constantly messing up a sleep schedule instead of being consistent. The body likes to get in rhythms and according to chinese medicine each organs and systems have specific times when they like to be most active.

The more we stick to natural light, the healthier we will be in my opinion. Have you noticed how annoying being woken up by artificial lighting is, but the sun nearly always feels great?

I also enjoy ceasing food consumption several hours before bed. This gives me a great sense of clarity and breathing when I go to bed and gives me much better dreams and lets me wake up refreshed.

There are many more implications of making this type of change. Can you think of a solid reason why not having this type of sleep schedule and doing or not doing what it takes to get that going?

It helps that I have a loving girlfriend who supports this decision and has a work schedule that makes sense for this - I remember the days when I didn't feel I had the love and would stay up late with some vague hopes attempts to find love. These are important issues to pay attention to as "environmentalists" or whatever we call ourselves. What are our deepest needs and desires? How can we BEST fulfill them? It is in that second question that we will find ecological solutions if we go deep. How much of our consumption and behavior stems from a mental state other than unconditional love?

It would be helpful to go to bed a few minutes early and to let yourself relax (not sleeping on stomach). I like to just experiment with what feels most relaxed for my eyes as I go to bed, which for me is having my eyes open and just letting them move and dart around. If that does not immediately feel pleasant, make a direct note of the location of the unpleasant feeling.

Eyesight Improvement 4: Letter 4

Thank You. May God bless you as well.

It is not uncommon for people to feel fear or lack of hearing or other symptoms when removing the glasses. It is my understanding though that those feelings are already there and that the glasses and tension serve to block the awareness from feeling these feelings.

In my experience of healing which took over a year and continues everyday. I found myself crying on several occasions without knowing why. I woke up crying one day and a few days later found myself VERY empathic I cried watching The Karate Kid and a Kung Fu show simply because the situations seemed to show persecution or pain and fear.

I now would get headaches by putting on my glasses. If you have an opportunity to be alone in nature or can be home alone that would be good because you may want to cry and it wuold be good to be able to truly cry and wail or scream if that's what your body feels like doing.

Know that you are showing yourself deeper acceptance and love than ever before and have faith in God that God wants you to see God.

If you can affirm your desire to see God and to learn from whatever obstructs you that will provide so much healing. Please feel your body in this moment and continue to feel it as you continue to embark on your clearing and healing. feel a clam excitement for clearing and realigning of your energy.

Let yourself feel your peaceful faith in God growing and glowing in white light from up High through the core of your being.

Breathe and pray in gratitude to God and know that your body has so much wisdom to share with you all the time.

I pray right now for God to give me the clarity to enable as much of God's work on Earth as possible. Please may it be so..

Let your growing relationship with God's light inform and align your body and let any tension or stress or dis-ease strengthen your spiritual resolve to be with God here on Earth.

Eyesight Improvement 3: Letter 3

Firstly, rest assured you are nowhere near totally blind. The teacher I learned from healed through -12 and -14!

If you really wanted to have the quickest change possible - if you could stop using glasses, computer, and tv you would certainly get the quickest changes. If you pay attention you will see the first result within the first day of that change.

I recommend palming. If you could palm for hours in a day you would see HUGE changes not only in your vision but tension in your shoulders and neck and back would greatly dissolve.

However, with regards to how long per day to exercise - the basic point of Bates method is that stress and strain are the causes and if you can live without stressing and straining you will have your perfect vision. So it's not that you have to be doing any exercises, but for many people it takes some body usage awareness and relaxation activation in order to dissolve and resolve all the tensions that have been carried for so long.

For many people events happened that resulted in a stress and strain and since those events were not resolved in time, glasses were prescribed at which point the stress and strain began to be ignored out of sight. I am not suggesting you begin searching for events that may have caused a strain or stress like that, but wish to inform you that this is a bit of self-discovery you are embarking on and releasing your tension may also be releasing a piece of history to be integrated into your dynamic growing presence.

I'd like to add that if you do remove internet and tv and so forth from your life, make sure you have something you love to do instead. If you designate your time to your health you will certainly be greatly rewarded even if you get bored or find it difficult to accept your conditions.

I also recommend purchasing "pinhole" glasses they will be very helpful to you.

Eyesight Improvement 2: Another Letter

This is the correspondence to another person I have the opportunity to work with. Last night I meditated for an hour healing myself and investigating my abilities to transmit healing. Here is the letter I wrote him the following morning:

Thanks it was my pleasure, I experienced a great deal of

healing for myself which always seems to be the case in the

process.

I thought of an idea that could be helpful if you'd like to try

it - establish stillness for twenty minutes (use a timer

w/gentle alarm that stops on its own if possible or use a

twenty minute meditative music track) at that point allow

yourself to move your head and neck continuing to breathe

and feel peace - allow this to gently reveal and gently slowly

heat and dissolve areas of tension be they the shoulders

neck lower back etc..


To make lasting changes with eyesight, the less time wearing

contacts or glasses, the better. It is established that stress

and strain obstruct vision, and it is my understanding that

any diminishing of stress and strain results in improved

vision - the more significant the decrease in strain, the more

significant the visual changes. When the body changes from

feeling stress and strain to feeling vital, grounded, and

joyful the vision improves further (20/20 is not the end of

the road :0) ).

The cells in the cornea replace every two days. From my

experience with changes in vision occurring literally within

seconds of change from stressing to blessing, it SEEms to

me that the cornea can change much quicker; the eye

muscles can squeeze the eye out of shape, if the eye

muscles hold the eyes in a way that does not squeeze them

out of shape, then the light can be refracted so that it hits

the back of the retina.

A great eyesight activator and all around enjoyable

experience is termed "sunning." Sitting, standing, or walking

with eyes closed turned to the sun revealed a sensation to

me on a direct level of where the light feels to be converged.

Nearsightedness results from a misshaping of the eye so

that the light converges before the retina, while

farsightedness converges the light behind the retina.

Imagining being able to sense the eyes with such sensitivity

to be able to change their shape and allow the sun to come

all the way in yields benefits as a visualization as well.

Feelings of "can't" or resistance to allowing the light in to

the back of the retina may in fact be sensations of the

muscles in the eye. So far, I have not met an individual who

wears glasses who does not carry tension in their neck,

shoulders, and of course eye muscles.

After the hour's meditation, I went outside and looked at

the moon and turned my head and imagined I was a ninja

turning from side to side moving my hands around. I noticed

a significant difference in how rapidly my world was

moving. When I am relaxed and seeing with deep vitality, the

world moves in the opposite direction of the direction I

move - when I look to the right the world appears to be

moving to the left. This sensation becomes a lot more vivid

outdoors while moving. When we are indoors our vision by

habit is near-sighted. Having mirrors face each other is an

interesting solution to this.

Choosing to wear glasses instead of contacts is helpful for

several reasons:

* Eyes, by weight, require the most oxygen in the body

(contacts do not help the eyes get oxygen).
* Glasses can remain in their case until they are desired,

whereas it would be an inconvenience with contacts to put

them in and take them out multiple times a day.
* Glasses are less expensive.

What is it like not wearing glasses

* We might not recognize people that we know at first,

although we can be surprised at how we can use so many

other energetic signatures such as voice, silhouette, and how

the person moves and the context we're in to find out who

they are
* We might not see people's facial expressions. I found this

to be an enjoyable part of my healing process; not being

able to see facial expressions allowed me to be more clear

in conversation because I was not reacted so much to the

huge amount of information that is revealed in facial

expressions that are constantly changing. Before, I may have

stumbled over my words if I noticed that the person was

frowning or looked distracted.
* For some people, not having glasses results in a general

feeling of confusion helplessness, lack of hearing, and fear.

If we consider Dr. Bates' research that pointed to stress and

strain as cause of eyesight issues, it makes sense (and is

verified by my personal data) that carrying unresolved

traumatic experiences results in the bodies reaction of

resisting seeing the event. , I learned much of what I know

from Greg Marsh CNVT. Greg Marsh was a chemical engineer

who healed through a prescription of -12 and -14, having

been unable to see the biggest letter on the Snellen Eye

Chart from 3 feet away and now does not require glasses!

One of his students had a relevant experience of palming (a

meditation/healing activation where you put your palms over

your eyes) - she was palming while lying down and feeling a

great sense of peace and relaxation, when a memory

suddenly arose of being in the third grade in the boiler

room of her school being beaten by the schoolteacher.

Another interesting set of cases mentioned are people with

multiple personalities where one of the personalities

requires thick lenses and the others have perfect sight! Dr.

Bates studies school children and noticed that some

children would be able to read the eye chart fine - so long

as their mothers were in the room, and as soon as the

mothers would leave the child could not read lines he

previously could! My experience of vision that oscillates

between good to better to great to subpar directly

correlates to my level of tension in my eyes and shoulders

and neck. As I continue to use the computer without

glasses, I notice some habits I had when I wore glasses.

With glasses I would try to see the whole screen at once - I

would even put the highest resolution possible to make

things smaller so that I could see more at once - even though

that did me no good and just kept my energy dispersed

thinking that multi-tasking was better because I could click

the mouse more and "load" many things at once. I can feel

how my old mind wants me to see this whole screen at once

as I'm typing this message, but I can also feel how much

more peaceful it is to just watch what I'm writing and be

directly involved in this creative process instead of having

some kind of emotional attachment to what is already

written. It also reminds me that I do not even have to look at

the screen at all while typing and this is more enjoyable to

me. It feels kind of magical actually, typing without looking

at the screen feels like my fingers speak language of their

own.

As I went to bed after the meditation session, I thought

about how it would be fun to learn to read Braille so that I

could read with the lights off. The idea of just moving my

finger and having a story told through the feeling in my

finger appeals to me.

The more I learn to relax and to feel what's going on in my

body whether it feels good or bad, the more I learn to be

patient and love myself wherever I am. These awareness

activations have been great, but I can now see so many parts

of myself I wish to improve on and habits that work against

me like "trying" to crack my neck or back or distracted

habits such as how I've used my time. Fortunately I can tell

by direct sensing whether my judgment is valuable or not by

whether I feel healing or not. I can take my stomach pain

and hold it and breathe into it a place of healing or I can

feel the rest of my body resisting. It feels so much better to

let go with a deep exhale and to let my inhale expand

healing past the boundaries of pain I feel. This is a flow that

I know continues to expand as I awaken to my love and

refine my sense of morality. I am thankful for how dynamic

the multi-verses are to allow healing in all venues. It is my

understanding that the body can always be used in a way to

serve health and good feeling and my experience playing

poker for a living demonstrated this again and again - if I

love my decisions and stay stable in that love, the results do

not matter and should not be reacted to either way.

Wow, I've really enjoyed writing this. I am thankful for the

clarity I felt. Hope what I've written has helped you as much

as it just helped me!

Day Two 100% 80-10-10

So today is the second day of eating 100% organic raw vegan food. Today I ate roughly 5 kilos of watermelon, 7 bananas, 10 ounces of raspberries, 5 ounces of strawberries, a couple ounces of figs, and I will eat a bunch of raw veggies later.

I have not yet read Doug's book, but I have seen his videos and respect his work.



He has a website Foodnsport.com and a good community online of 8-1-1 people is arawconnection.ning.com . The idea of 80-10-10 as I understand it is to eat roughly 80 percent carb, 10 percent fat, and 10 percent protein and get most of the calories from fruit and a little bit from vegetables and leafy greens.

Today has been very nice with regards to feeling clarity especially digestively speaking. It has ben my experience that eating just raw organic fruits and vegetables is the easiest for me to digest and does not seem to interfere with any processes. It is like just drinking water or something. It was quite expensive today. I spent around $30 on food that I've already eaten most of. Well actually I guess I have another 15 bananas or so. That's quite a bit of calories. I can pick most of my greens locally.

I am making it a habit to at least eat one local fresh growing plant food per day!

The raw local things I will eat are:kale, lettuce,and whatever else I feel like in the garden!

Breathe Fearlessly

As my posture has been improving and I have softened my belly the process has been somewhat "painful" from time to time. Right now breathing in deep I feel some tightness in my left side. I am not sure if this is because I ate too much, did not chew enough, or perhaps ate the wrong foods or something else, but I intuit that I ought to breathe in deep regardless. Overall it feels so much better to breathe deeply. It makes me feel full in my wholeness as a human being having a human animal experience. So I know that embarking on body awareness exercises and activities that show you the pain your body is feeling that has been blocked may seem frightening especially to the mind that just wants instant gratification. KNOW that your healing is real by DIRECTLY feeling yourself. And let your self-identity be one of perfect health and healing and expand that out to heal the ephemeral externality called pain. You can do that. KNOW that people have healed from conditions relatively far worse than yours.Thank you for reading.

A fellow Self-Health-Er's poetry

My friend Barton has been intensely committed to personal growth and buddha-status health parties for many years. It now feels he has reached a new sense of completion self approval and power.


"I cover all my bases"

I only eat organic food, I don't parachute without a chute,

I never eat past noon and only smoke herb on the full moon

Vitamin supplements but only full b-complex not too complex

And low iron cuz I'm a guy and before you ask I get enough vitamin D.

I've got a filter on my shower and meditate 'least an hour every day

I've also got a crystal anti-magneto computer amulet

I dutifully take iodine tablets to prevent the radiative iodine from seeping into my skull

And before you ask I rarely pull and then I don't exactly jet

My net worth is phenomenal if we're talking about chi

I'm now a world famous yogi and yes I also do tai chi

(let's not forget chi gung)

If you want to discuss dietary habits I've got to admit

I'm only raw vegan but I'm also 80/10/10

I do daily affirmations which isn't to say I'm kidding myself

The secrets of wealth and health (hermetic in nature) get blogged by my personal shopping assitant

aka tony robbins. And before you ask I have tried all 32 or however many flavors of vegan raw baskin robbins

Did I mention I also have a shower filter, spam filter, media filter and dsl filter

In fact my filter has a filter and sometimes I still won't use it

If we're discussing water I drink it straight from the spring

50 to 60 gallons a day trucked down from god knows where

I live in the deep mountains so air quality isn't an issue

I am beginning to suspect that all my bases are covered

Tantric sex, oh yes, and I used to go by "Alex"

But now my name has a filter'd philtre

And big ups to Aleister Crowley.

Holodynamics

Sophia and I conducted a session of holodynamics based on the instructions at Ryan Vandenburgh's site. We had a lot of fun together transforming body images and dissolving blocks to feeling our full potential and freedom in/with our bodies.

It is a fantastic site containing many examples of the transformations that happen with holodynes.

According to Ryan's site a holodyne is
" * A complex of information, a small internal program that runs your reality
* An understanding you consult to make decisions
* A data set that influences your world view
* The DNA of our character (or "spiritual" DNA)"

He conducted a free session with me and within minutes I was laughing to the point of tears and my vision improved. That was yesterday. He conducted a two hour session with me and was willing to keep going even though he felt it might take many more hours due to the size of the holodyne we were working with. My back filled out and I feel much better and intend to do much more work with this tool. It filled me with so many beautiful images and transformed a lot of ugliness inside me that I hadn't seen so directly.

Example: I see myself as this disgusting crusty beast with coke bottle thick glasses this transforms into the beast me running out of my college dorm and into the canyon where I evolve rapidly into a dashingly powerful modern handsome strong cave-man.

Self-Interest is Green

I personally feel that it would be better if I could clean my dishes faster or not even use dishes so that I wouldn't have to clean them. Why should I spend my time earning money to buy soap I don't need nor want to even smell? Wouldn't it be better if I never smelled bad and didn't feel the want to shower? The less time I spend showering, the more time I have for other activities. I do enjoy showering, and I've even enjoyed eating all the junk food I've eaten in my life, but when I think about from what I consider to be my higher-interest - I see quite clearly I do not want to give up long term gains for short-term divertissements. When it comes to food, I feel sensitive to the point where the losses are very direct. If I were to smoke marijuana, my head would likely start to go in over-drive and I would get thirsty and tired, sure for a minute or two I might feel inspired but as my experience has shown the insights reached mostly would not be integrated. As I plan my financial future, I feel like the most important thing financially is to be able to eat and drink and live safe and be able to share and provide that for my family.

Is there a better investment than planting a seed that grows locally without need for human watering? Is there a better investment than protecting the environment that grows food? Is there a better investment than a well? Is there a better investment than land ownership?

When someone compares buying a house and land and wells and garden and animal space, perhaps they can say that their $100,000 investment will not triple, but if we look into it we can see that this is by far one of the most dynamic investments possible, and definitively the most stable.

Green Networking

Eco-networking and green networking are incredibly rich

places to work in. Since the workers in eco and green

business and entrepreneurship have a fundamental interest

in the world at large improving, they are much more friendly

and have best wishes for each others success. A business or

non-profit that truly works to the stabilization of global

climate or providing clean water access for all makes it very

clear that it is the goal and love that are important and not

the specific people, power structures, ego games, who gets

which piece of the pie etc... From my experience it seems

clear who is in it for personal profit and who not quite

easily. However, I believe that our best profits and most

secure wealth have to do with the overall global health - so

there's really no getting away from it - which may be why all

the companies that used to sell junk food have moved

heavily into organics. Obviously profit motivated groups are

going to do what it takes to make a profit if that means

falsifying organic certifications that may happen, but from

where I am they are just scrambling for the last pieces of

the pie before people rise up in abundance and self

sustainability and say bye bye to any one they were

contributing to that does not align with their deep interests.
