My Health is Supported Deeply Beyond Conception

So last night for some reason I decided to eat cauliflower. I had already been in bed for a while but was feeling a little stress-y and decided to eat something. Here's where it got messy. I took at some cauliflower it was "okay" very cauliflowery. Mild actually. Regardless, I ended up eating a pinch of black pepper, a tablespoon of olive oil and then a can of organic tomato paste.

Next morning, I actually felt pretty good until later in the day when I started feeling out of focus and echh etc... the night before (after eating the junk) I was snotty and spitty and dull and tense and blargh - feelings I do not experience on 100% fruit and veg days. Achoo I just sneezed now - another thing that doesn't happen on F and V days.

Anyhow, what's interesting is that the front page is "Hungary Declares State of Emergency After Toxic Flood" and it's a guy with a huge spoon walking in some red sludge - a la Tomato Paste. Me being Hungry became an emergency after eating the garbage. IF I had maintained a fast, I would have continued more readily on my path and increased my clarity. Decreased food consumption has been beneficial to me.

I later dream of catching up on path with my friend R who eats a similar lifestyle. Either way, I'm loving that signs keep me on point and am happy to be reminded of this fact that I'm going the right way and figuring things out. I am now going to link a book that I've enjoyed

What is this Blog??!!

I have been eating nearly 100% organic for 4 years now and in that time have been learning more and more about health and happiness AND SUCH. I presently eat 100% organic raw fruits and vegetables with the rare nut and seed. And have been doing since the beginning of 2010. I have had several slip ups, probably all related to simply not eating enough fruit, though I did have emotional attachments to food as a tool for staying stuck in the same place emotionally and that has changed! : ) : ) : ) The more recent slip ups happened straight up from exercising a LOT and not eating enough so I ended two days with cooked quinoa, and ricecakes.

KPAX IS GREAT and He's a fruitarian!!!

The cooked quinoa left me with acne, the ricecakes cut my mouth (not to bleeding but scratched a bit)

Anyhow, the awesome fruit feast continues and everything's going great. People are getting inspired for the natural diet and to eat this way is so great for the earth. So that's what this is. A log of my past and presetn and some future, and I have some pretty amazing exclusive content here because I am a very special person who has learned many things that are not taught in school and have a great command of language and understanding of communication to get it to you.

To Most People, Relaxation is Stress-full

Think about it. Who needs to relax? People that are excessively tense. How does it feel to be tense? TENSE! So when someone suggest relaxation or pretty much anything to a tense person, that person feels their tension. It takes something extra to get someone to deeply understand what relaxation is and where it is coming from and to take response ability for the stress and strain. I can not begin to describe how important eating enough fruits are to this. So much strain comes from low blood sugar and insufficient alkaline minerals (that are found in fruits and vegetables at proper ratios).

So think about that, feel that. Feel that when you want to deal with stress you must allow a new state to replace your dominant feeling. It is a very important step to admit that you are stressing. That you are straining. That you are misusing your body and eating improperly and emoting improperly.

Once you admit these things, you will find that you have much more physical control for your destiny and desires.

How Much is Enough and Famous Bad Combos

How much is enough?


People think that a whole 3 pounds of strawberries is a ton of fruit, yet it is only 435 calories. To be active 20 pounds of oranges (3000 calories 55 grams of protein) are necessary in my finding. To be super active and to build deep muscle probably 40 pounds (6000 calories 110 grams of protein). 

Famous Bad Combos

LOL pretty much every single standard American diet meal is a terrible gaseous nightmare. Starch and protein are mixed as a fricking RULE! Rice and beans, meat and potatoes, chicken and grits, eggs and hashbrowns, cereal and milk - again and again and again starch and protein!

STARCH + PROTEIN = DIGESTIVE DEATH

These combinations that are ill-advised; protein foods require an acidic environment to be digested, and starchy foods require a basic environment. If you mix both then you have an inefficient gassy rotten putrefying disaster which is why the bathroom at McDonald's smells like Hell - because of the putrefying proteins releasing Sulfur.

Methionine and cysteine are the sulfur containing amino acids. What foods are high in them? Animal products. What foods are low in them? Fruits and vegetables. That's why my feces don't smell like rotten eggs, because I don't have any rotten eggs in my system. 

Due to the improper combinations and under-chewed food the proteins do not fully digest and are left in the gut to ferment and rot.

I recommend researching these topics in depth: protein, amino acids, RDA's, RDI's, PDCAAS, and mother's milk.

I am not revealing a great deal of my resources here because I want to see what people independently find and share. 

What is a mono-meal? part 1

A mono-meal in the purest form is a meal of only one type of food. So a meal that is 100% bananas. 100% apples. 100% watermelon.

Mono-mealers typically wait sufficient amounts of time in between consumption of mono-meals so that their meal digests undisturbed by other food. Different sources recommend different amounts of time in between meals depending on what they are. I think that it's probably ideal to eat 1 type of fruit per day in ample quantities. Ample quantities are likely more than you've ever consumed.

WHY??!?!?!?!?!?


Do you think that adding potatoes to your orange juice is going to help digest them? Well you might say yes the orange juice has acid in it and that helps break down the potato starch. Well guess what, YOU MIGHT BE RIGHT! However, you are probably wrong and it will be a gassy nasty mess. Ripe organic sweet fruit digests best on its own. I have tried enough combinations to feel confident in this and I have tried enough mono-meals to feel that bliss.

22 bananas (2200 calories) in a sitting is literally no problem, but if I did something horrendous like mix an avocado and  hemp seeds with apples and dates like newbie raw foodies might do I would not be able to consume more than 500 calories b/c that combo is horrendous and requires a digestive pH environment that can not exist in a single stomach.

If you want to be a successful 100% raw food-face it is best to learn simplicity and test it out. After you've spent many days being very physically active and just eating 1 type of food your confidence can actually come from more of a place of scientific clarity than just "eh well I feel gooder and such," but rather hey look I ran 25 miles and had a full work day and all I ate was orange juice. The next day I felt great etc... You can notice differences too, oranges have much more calcium and protein than bananas. You can build more muscle on the same amount of calories of oranges than you can with bananas. Though bananas may be much cheaper than oranges.

There are obviously many factors in a persons decision making matrix so please tell me what yours is so that I have a better idea about how people make their decisions:

This is a small meal. And it's quick. Really quick to juice em. To be active one ought to eat upwards of 20 pounds of oranges a day. Do not take this advice with any grains of salt.

A Nice Meal Breakfast Meal


approximately 8 ripe organic fair trade bananas = 800 calories 9 grams of protein very tasty very healthy this is a breakfast meal lunch should be twice this or more. really the more fruit i eat the more energy and power i have. it's that simple. if i gain some fat that'd be great too i think that having reserves is great if they're healthy fat and not fat that's there to sequester toxins. i am building bigger muscles

Where do you get your ideas as to what is healthy?
Where do you get your ideas about what is socially acceptable behavior with regards to food?

80 10 10 For the Win

50 miles on the bike today. Never done that before. It really was not a big deal at all. Averaged probably around 15 miles an hour. Didn't push myself. I feel like energy is bubbling up and over and my habits and lifestyle and pursuits simply change as a function of my increased energy focus and determination.

Sweet as fruit sugar.

I am realizing that it has been quite some time on the plan now and things are getting so much easier. I've had some struggles on the way up and it's just continuing up and centering in. Mmm Lord.

I spit amazing poetry on the bike. Yelling shouting owning toning. Honing my all one ness. My holistic miracle. My sanctity of space. My opening to grace. My letting go of face.

Mayo Clinic on Myopia

"A refractive error

However, if your cornea or lens isn't evenly and smoothly curved, light rays aren't refracted properly, and you have a refractive error. Nearsightedness is one type of refractive error. Nearsightedness can occur when your cornea is curved too much or when your eye is longer than normal. Instead of being focused precisely on your retina, light is focused in front of your retina, resulting in a blurry appearance for distant objects."
Now you can see of course that the myopic eye is elongated. The hyperopic eye (nearsighted) is shortened. So why does the Mayo clinic only site the cornea and lens as the cause of blurred vision?

It doesn't even make sense. How could the cornea and lens be at fault for the eyeball being too long?

Clearly the eyeball being too long is more likely the "cause" than the cornea and lens!

The cornea and lens might be perfectly round but there will be blurry vision if the eyeball is elongated.

Could it be because people would understand that the reason the eyeball is elongated is because of the muscles squeezing it?

Running a Half-Marathon and How to Make Your Diet Work

I ran 18 miles on Thursday. More than I've ever run in a day (unless somehow a day of basketball totaled that much movement). It was quite nice and I feel like my relationship with myself has deepened through it as well as my relationship with a significant author ( ;

My fingernails are feeling quite strong and hard and my teeth are tight in the gums. I was quite concerned about my teeth at some point after I ate a number of foods off the 80-10-10 organic raw vegan wagon I felt my teeth really loosen.

I am inclined to understand this much more of a psycho-somatic lesson than a purely physiological one. I have made organic health a major part of my life path and realistically there's no turning away from it. I have made huge investments in this on all levels and to turn ever to non-organic or less than healthy options is like getting lost or making bad decisions (being on tilt if you're familiar with the poker term).

Today I realize there's only so many things to eat and I can simply plan in the morning all of the foods that I'm eating and then follow through.

Speaking of following through. "I follow through on my decisions," is the Affirmation Louise Hay discovered and or formulated for teeth issues. I have been using affirmations for some time now, but only recently with diligence and I am quite happy with the results. They work!

So today, we've got bananas on the menu and celery for dessert!

Ripe bananas are so good. It is funny how all it takes is appreciating what I have and watching myself. Noticing if I am emotionally acting as if something is missing. If that's the case I will re-center and really think about what's going on.

I KNOW that raw veganism works. I know that eating TONS of organic ripe fruit and PLENTY of greens is all I need for super health and that eating other stuff is just not as good.

So now I get a fresh start like everybody does every day. Today I will eat probably 50 bananas and a couple heads of celery.

Levels of Healing


The body heals. Fingernails, muscles, cells, and organs all heal. Eyes heal. The way that most eye problems happen are from improper muscular use. It truly is that simple for most cases - it is likely that a great deal if not all of the issues you have with your eyes are from improper muscular use. That is a blessing to discover. It is a blessing because you can now find an easier way to live. It is like realizing that a ball and chain is dragging behind you and taking your precious energy away. At first you might think oh no this is terrible! I am chained to a metal ball! In fact you might react negatively to the discovery! You've always been slowed down by the ball and chain, but haven't known it was there! If you didn't know that strain causes poor eyesight, why would you consider it? You have not been taught to look for causes of disease, but rather to treat symptoms and manage them. You have not been taught to engage in activities that are known to increase health on all levels. It is necessary to transcend the paradigms that disempowers you. There are activities that open up new worlds. Discoveries are being made every single second, but guess what - life is even better than that; you don't need to re-invent the wheel to heal.

You don't need to re-invent the wheel in order to heal.

Have you considered what limits you may be subconsciously placing on your positive possibilities today? What do you allow as possible and what not? Do you live with the constant awareness that this right now is a wonderful time to exist and full of everything you could ask for? Do you feel that you are in line with your purpose in life? Being aligned with purpose makes health possible in ANY conditions. Having the clarity of intention to do good, to be a contribution, to serve, to love, to answer to a Higher Authority, allows you to transcend all material limitation. This motivation gets you beyond even your individual physical body's importance. When you have the power or fortune to find yourself investing your life in something Great, healing is automatic.

How is healing automatic?

What constitutes healing is quite different for different people. However, the feeling of quality of life works here. If I was on a planet that was likely to be destroyed in the next ten years or in a country of insane people, how would I survive or thrive? How can we thrive under harsh conditions? How can we thrive without community, without paradigms of health and thriving to follow, with low quality food, and surrounded by glum moods? We have to make a choice and invest in it. Once that choice is made, we may find that the jungle we thought we'd have to bushwack, is a nicely paved path and we have choice of bicycling, jogging, or strolling with peers.

See, from an unenlightened perspective a static "situation" exists that can be explained as our life. We have a set of numbers and measurements that make up "the situation" that "can't be changed within a conversation or from reading a few thoughts." What makes up that situation? Weight, age, location, finances, jobs, and the less positively intentional a person is the more static of a situation exists. Take for example a statement like "human nature is to be greedy" or "I can't find any good friends." Are these true? Perhaps we are not quick to say they're false assessments. They may certainly be valid perceptions of events that happened, but the operative word is "happened." Clarity on intention tends to skip most unnecessarily negative though "valid" information. A person says that they can't find friends. Would they be better served by stating their intention - to find friends? Consider where your mind goes from the statement "I can't find friends." What kind of pathway is being cleared with that mental foray? Sure, a person can easily skip to the next thought of "Oh except for Tom and Marsha they're great, maybe they know other people I'd like to spend time with." However, comparing that with "how can I improve my social life in a fun way" - certainly directly opens up possibilities and the question itself can be asked in the form of a positive feeling.

The statements that begin with "I can't" are rarely in the form of positive feelings. To maintain consistency, I am happy to say that "I can't" statements CAN be in the form of a positive feeling AND can lead to marvelous creations and dreams and understandings - truly a wonderful pathway. Why do this? Because this type of pathway of thinking has been reinforced so many times, and perhaps because that is more accurate an assessment of reality.

How do I know that this is more accurate? Simply because I know that my knowledge represents such a small part of possibility. In fact, since I operate under the theory that infinite possibilities exist, I can comfortable tolerate the feeling that I know not even a fraction of what there is to know - although I trust that what I do know is all that I need to know. So let's consider this again and again and again. There are always more possibilities. It is most likely that there are infinite possibilities. This is a statement worth feeling. Infinite possibilities. Like being able to fly in all directions. And being able to consider that the concept of directions itself is a type of realm of possibility that other possibilities exist along side.

I can resonate strongly with the statement, there's always something good that I didn't notice.  Maybe that sounds undesirable because who wants to miss the good stuff? Who wants to miss the greatest experiences? I see it as the most amazing gift. The gift that keeps growing better and better. You discover it's good and then you keep going and discover it's better and keep going and going. Upon discovering deep energetic service to people, we can constantly unwrap the presents of that presence. We can have the presentience that we will open presents through presence.

What does having the presentience that we will open presents through presence present us with? It presents us with the sense that something greater than our very concept of great is unfolding before our very eyes. All The Time. The presentience is the prediction of that future. This opens huge security and forward thinking and positive connection with the living world. We begin to sing a glorious song.  Our feelings expand their transcendence of conditions. If we can not predict our peacefulness in the future, then our peacefulness in the present must mature ASAP.

The fortune we have to work on this level is enormous. Our psychic senses of the world shift quicker than reading these sentences. Psychic senses arguably are shifted faster than the speed of light. They are shifted at the core of consciousness. The core of essence - no movement is necessary. In fact, it is less movement. It is a decrease in entropy. Inner peace contained is in increase in simple harmonics. It needs not be spoken of or communicated to. It is a state of deep confidence. An unconditional state beyond manipulation - it is the state behind the state behind the state of manipulation. Less objects are moved, AND more work is done. Less work is done and therefor more work is done.

This is hardly pie-in-the-sky. This is do or die. Be you or die. Be you and die. This author deletes the need to be understood or to come across as intelligent or even consistent and non-contradictory. Let allegories come what may and may these words establish good things to say. 

What work gets done in meditative stillness? A being grows. A being deletes conditioning. A being shines light on dark hypnosis. A being focuses energy on proper breathing. This is vital. Vitality is vital. Consider that we are all connections. Messages get relayed through each of us and within very few degrees these messages reach all life on earth. For an easy example consider your local community. What effect does a frowning person have? What effect does a smiling person have?

These questions bring to light another question - how casual do we experience life? How intense must something be to be worthy of telling it to someone? "I saw a man frowning today." Is it possible that one day we will live in a place where this would be a horrid omen? Or a place where the person who said this would be expected to have consoled the frowning individual and done whatever it takes to awaken the man to experiencing life?

I am not saying that frowning is a behavior to be inhibited, it seems all feelings that arise ought to be processed and each being has their way. However, that wouldn't be telling my whole story. In my story there is a goal and a shared Earth a shared home a shared essential organ system. As much as it would be nice for me to have an idea that everyone has their own karma and incarnations and so forth. It's a small world after all. I can not wait for everyone to learn what I've learned and beyond on their own. I must act. I must empower myself to effect billions. I must see that others are empowered to do the same. In the name of all that is Holy I must do that.

So I say "I can not" wait,  That resonates as truth. There are energies that I know my life will benefit from me not resisting them. Passionate living comes with or from passionate giving. What an exciting joy to be involved with improving our lives on all levels. Improving the ethics, the ecology, the economy, the emotions, how much love we feel in each and every interaction. When we communicate there are so many levels that we have the ability to connect on. Far more than just verbal information exchange. We can communicate with implied messages of great importance and value.

I can say "how are you?" and within that statement include "I love you." I can say "what time is it please" and with my eye contact and psychic intention provide deep emotional support. I believe that I can send more complex messages as well such as "organic food is the way to go" without discussing the topic. We make these statements by our lifestyles. We make them by the groups we join, the music we listen to, and with what beliefs we project into the future.

Remember the "situation" we spoke of that might be static. In some ways a person might say that it's more comfortable and safe for them to feel a sense of consistency, This is to be nourished, the consistency is intentional love. Intentional health. Intentionally increased ethical character. There are infinite places of value. When we apply this to our "static situations," desirable channels become clear and our ability to tune in becomes easier. Frequently a broad generalization about "reality" or "society" has significance because the person making the statement feels significant negative stimulation from the perception. Say I have a perception that "people don't know what true health is" - how can I make this statement without implying that some degree of the people in my life are unaware of health?

Broad generalizations such as these can be replaced with intentions. I would like to find more people demonstrating paradigms of abundant health. I would like everyone to be healthier. I would like to find a group of people to live with that truly benefit my health and that I can benefit theirs. I want my friends and family to achieve abundant health - and I will be happy to learn and teach and give. I can see a new society forming with this connection in mind. People that are psychically aware and open. Nodes of inner peace that want to expand that peace so their empathy expands. With empathy expanding, more co-operation becomes expected and the value is understood as intrinsic creating a positive feedback loop between helpers. It becomes the norm to understand that going to another to ask for their help honors the other and vice versa.

As this continues, a number of infrastructure changes happen on the planet. People gravitate towards local seasonal foods and empower their goals to live in harmony with nature. Living in harmony with nature might simply mean to have access to beautiful clean environments. I have had the fortune to travel in many continents and found that nearly all areas untouched by human development were amazing and beautiful. We have been blessed. Our individual happiness rises with collective happiness.

Exclusive Content


The body heals. Fingernails, muscles, cells, and organs all heal. Eyes heal. The way that most eye problems happen are from improper muscular use. It truly is that simple for most cases - it is likely that a great deal if not all of the issues you have with your eyes are from improper muscular use. That is a blessing to discover. It is a blessing because you can now find an easier way to live. It is like realizing that a ball and chain is dragging behind you and taking your precious energy away. At first you might think oh no this is terrible! I am chained to a metal ball! In fact you might react negatively to the discovery! You've always been slowed down by the ball and chain, but haven't known it was there! If you didn't know that strain causes poor eyesight, why would you consider it? You have not been taught to look for causes of disease, but rather to treat symptoms and manage them. You have not been taught to engage in activities that are known to increase health on all levels. It is necessary to transcend the paradigms that disempowers you. There are activities that open up new worlds. Discoveries are being made every single second, but guess what - life is even better than that; you don't need to re-invent the wheel to heal.

You don't need to re-invent the wheel in order to heal.

Have you considered what limits you may be subconsciously placing on your positive possibilities today? What do you allow as possible and what not? Do you live with the constant awareness that this right now is a wonderful time to exist and full of everything you could ask for? Do you feel that you are in line with your purpose in life? Being aligned with purpose makes health possible in ANY conditions. Having the clarity of intention to do good, to be a contribution, to serve, to love, to answer to a Higher Authority, allows you to transcend all material limitation. This motivation gets you beyond even your individual physical body's importance. When you have the power or fortune to find yourself investing your life in something Great, healing is automatic.

How is healing automatic?

What constitutes healing is quite different for different people. However, the feeling of quality of life works here. If I was on a planet that was likely to be destroyed in the next ten years or in a country of insane people, how would I survive or thrive? How can we thrive under harsh conditions? How can we thrive without community, without paradigms of health and thriving to follow, with low quality food, and surrounded by glum moods? We have to make a choice and invest in it. Once that choice is made, we may find that the jungle we thought we'd have to bushwack, is a nicely paved path and we have choice of bicycling, jogging, or strolling with peers.

See, from an unenlightened perspective a static "situation" exists that can be explained as our life. We have a set of numbers and measurements that make up "the situation" that "can't be changed within a conversation or from reading a few thoughts." What makes up that situation? Weight, age, location, finances, jobs, and the less positively intentional a person is the more static of a situation exists. Take for example a statement like "human nature is to be greedy" or "I can't find any good friends." Are these true? Perhaps we are not quick to say they're false assessments. They may certainly be valid perceptions of events that happened, but the operative word is "happened." Clarity on intention tends to skip most unnecessarily negative though "valid" information. A person says that they can't find friends. Would they be better served by stating their intention - to find friends? Consider where your mind goes from the statement "I can't find friends." What kind of pathway is being cleared with that mental foray? Sure, a person can easily skip to the next thought of "Oh except for Tom and Marsha they're great, maybe they know other people I'd like to spend time with." However, comparing that with "how can I improve my social life in a fun way" - certainly directly opens up possibilities and the question itself can be asked in the form of a positive feeling.

The statements that begin with "I can't" are rarely in the form of positive feelings. To maintain consistency, I am happy to say that "I can't" statements CAN be in the form of a positive feeling AND can lead to marvelous creations and dreams and understandings - truly a wonderful pathway. Why do this? Because this type of pathway of thinking has been reinforced so many times, and perhaps because that is more accurate an assessment of reality.

How do I know that this is more accurate? Simply because I know that my knowledge represents such a small part of possibility. In fact, since I operate under the theory that infinite possibilities exist, I can comfortable tolerate the feeling that I know not even a fraction of what there is to know - although I trust that what I do know is all that I need to know. So let's consider this again and again and again. There are always more possibilities. It is most likely that there are infinite possibilities. This is a statement worth feeling. Infinite possibilities. Like being able to fly in all directions. And being able to consider that the concept of directions itself is a type of realm of possibility that other possibilities exist along side.

I can resonate strongly with the statement, there's always something good that I didn't notice.  Maybe that sounds undesirable because who wants to miss the good stuff? Who wants to miss the greatest experiences? I see it as the most amazing gift. The gift that keeps growing better and better. You discover it's good and then you keep going and discover it's better and keep going and going. Upon discovering deep energetic service to people, we can constantly unwrap the presents of that presence. We can have the presentience that we will open presents through presence.

What does having the presentience that we will open presents through presence present us with? It presents us with the sense that something greater than our very concept of great is unfolding before our very eyes. All The Time. The presentience is the prediction of that future. This opens huge security and forward thinking and positive connection with the living world. We begin to sing a glorious song.  Our feelings expand their transcendence of conditions. If we can not predict our peacefulness in the future, then our peacefulness in the present must mature ASAP.

The fortune we have to work on this level is enormous. Our psychic senses of the world shift quicker than reading these sentences. Psychic senses arguably are shifted faster than the speed of light. They are shifted at the core of consciousness. The core of essence - no movement is necessary. In fact, it is less movement. It is a decrease in entropy. Inner peace contained is in increase in simple harmonics. It needs not be spoken of or communicated to. It is a state of deep confidence. An unconditional state beyond manipulation - it is the state behind the state behind the state of manipulation. Less objects are moved, AND more work is done. Less work is done and therefor more work is done.

This is hardly pie-in-the-sky. This is do or die. Be you or die. Be you and die. This author deletes the need to be understood or to come across as intelligent or even consistent and non-contradictory. Let allegories come what may and may these words establish good things to say. 

What work gets done in meditative stillness? A being grows. A being deletes conditioning. A being shines light on dark hypnosis. A being focuses energy on proper breathing. This is vital. Vitality is vital. Consider that we are all connections. Messages get relayed through each of us and within very few degrees these messages reach all life on earth. For an easy example consider your local community. What effect does a frowning person have? What effect does a smiling person have?

These questions bring to light another question - how casual do we experience life? How intense must something be to be worthy of telling it to someone? "I saw a man frowning today." Physical reality must include the stuff that make up relationships between people and what physically determines our relationships? What determines whether a person concludes that external forces move them or that they are in facts the agent of destiny.

25 Years Life is About to Begin

So it's been nearly 100 days since I began the intention to eat a low fat raw vegan diet a la the 80/10/10 Diet by Doug Graham. I believe that 10 days I alighted from the wagon. Walked off the wagon. Ate the non-raw blah-slaw. I don't think there was a time when I felt really good about it at all. Kinda made me feel a little nuts and I felt a little nuts before and I wasn't even eating nuts!

Anyhow, it's time to go for the best again. Mono-Meals make me feel great and meditative and powerful. Mixed up stuff make me at best feel like some kind of sorcerer but it's not as sustainable or core effective because overall it's just inefficient.

So now it's time to have clear intentions.

I am using present tense affirmations for the life I want to realize myself living right now.

I make inspiring health decisions.
I live an admirable lifestyle.
People pay attention to the intention or the fact that they can have intentions and quickly exceed whatever is done
Organic? Obviously. Local? You'd be loco not to! Sustainable? That's attainable! Ooh what's next? Let's shoot for the best!
I am in a living loving relationship with G!D.
I am focused - instantly, daily, weekly, yearly, life-ly.

Forming Healthy Habits

So I've begun some new habits:

1. Sleeping until I truly truly truly feel like getting up.

This one's A-MAZING! Everyday feels more and more like having the eternal child delightful energy.

2. Spending more time with my dreams and intentions while in bed.

So good to be relaxed and clear my head and intend for greatness.

3. Sun Salutations and Sunbathing

Today I did 3 Sun Salutes. I did two yesterday. Tomorrow 4...  I have so much stretching and relaxing to do!

I've already seen an increase in focus through removing the multi-tasking. It is sooo important!

No Lenses No Lasers

1. Lenses are harmful.
2. Lasers are dangerous and potentially permanently harmful.
3. Relaxation is an easier healthier way to live life.
4. Relaxation is possible.
5. Relaxation happens right now.
6. It does not require more time to relax than to be stressed.
7. Relaxation always improves vision.
8. Research demonstrates that all nearsighted people are nearsighted because they excessively strain their eyes.
9. Using the eyes without straining them is easier than straining them.

"But I can't see anything without my glasses"

In fact, you see a perfect representation of how you're seeing the world. You're not seeing things clearly - in both a physiological and psychological sense. You are creating strain and stress where there need be none - where you could be free and feel fun.

"But it's still blurry!"

Are you feeling deeply relaxed? To succeed you must deeply relax, and that deep relaxation must be vitalized. It must be the way you move your body from the core. Your breathing must be deep and your movement must be animated, alive, and vital. Your neck must feel nice, not tense.

"Okay, I think I get that the point of it is to feel really good in my body... how can I feel really good in my body?"

Obviously, eating healthily and getting sun and exercise and love and having purpose in life are helpful to feel good in the body. Stretching and breathing make life much better.

However, plenty of people eat junk food diets and see clearly, but don't take that as an excuse. The smallest blood vessels are in your eyes and if you eat junk food full of cholesterol and nasty fats - your vision may be impaired. If you eat plenty of organic fruits and vegetables, your vision may improve. Plenty of people have fully improved their diet by adopting the 80/10/10 Diet (designed by Dr. Douglas N. Graham)

"How long will it take?"

How long will you allow yourself to strain unnecessarily for? There are plenty of cases of instant improvement and plenty of people that take a year to relax. It is simply a function in most cases of how long will it take you to use your body in a vitally relaxed way and not in a hunched over painful posture? How long will it take you to start breathing properly? Can you wait any longer?

"Why is my vision blurry? How can I see clearly?"

Fortunately, the eyeball is a resilient constantly healing part of the human body. Nearsightedness is caused by an elongated eyeball. The eyeball which is full of vitreous is nearly 100% water. If the surrounding muscles are tense on opposite sides, then the ball gets squeezed. When the ball gets squeezed the light no longer falls on the back of the retina and thus the individual sees things blurry.

"What about astigmatism?"

Again, excessive strain and stress messes things up! Astigmatism is caused by more irregular straining. What is the solution? Relax deeply and completely.

"What is relaxation?"

Relaxation is the opposite of contraction. It is the state your muscles are in when they are not contracting - not tensing. Relaxation does not mean being floppy. Relaxation is efficient use of the body. One can be relaxed while running and exercising and in all manners of situations. Relaxation is practiced by olympic weight lifters, yogis, and martial artists.

"Ok I'm ready what's the plan"

If you'd truly like quick results, dedicate a full weekend to deep relaxation and re-processing and integrating your new ways to use your body. The fastest results I've seen are with dedicated people or by working with a professional.

Tips for relieving stress when I'm busy at work? Part 1

This is such a common question that I figured I'd be wise answer it!

There are two types of solutions - solutions that can be applied while at work and solutions that can be applied outside of work that will effect stress levels while at work. I will focus on solutions while at work first.

The key thing to realize is that you are responsible for most of your physical functioning. Stress requires a shift in your breathing to become stress, and a shift in your breathing relieves stress. Can you take a big sigh of relief right now?

If you are stressed, it is almost certain that you can sigh in relief. Just do it. You can be an actor if it doesn't feel "natural." Now that you've done it, I'm sure you feel at least a little better.

People can also benefit from the opposite approach - to tense all muscles and then let them go. Again, direct responsibility for physical functioning. A person can tense a muscle, and a person can relax a muscle. By tensing, a person directly demonstrates the ability to relax.

Once a person knows that relaxation is available at will, they are less prone to identify situations as "stressful" and can work with the subtleties that created the stress in the first place and harness all the abilities to make things better.

The breathing is crucial. It is a rare person indeed who can be stressed and breathe deeply at the same time. See if you can attend to breathing deeper the next time you discover yourself stressed. It works for everyone to improve the situation - and works even better to PREVENT stress.

weight

I weigh in today at around 142. That's great! I have lost fat and gained muscle in the past 50 days then! 142 5'8'' that's pretty built. We will see if i can maintain weight or gain weight; I have more fat to lose.

Either way I am surprised I didn't lose more weight considering the raw veganness and not doing much weight training at all this past month and half. Apparently sprinting builds muscle and I do that in basketball.

Interesting Dream

So as you know that one day I ate foods that inflamed my coucabetic pesticidic spicitic conditions. That night I had an amazing dream where my left ring finger's nail was purple and black frightening! On the other hand I could see flames on all my fingers *not thumb except for ring finger which had a little spoon on it.

I looked it up on google and found the the ring finger is associated with Kidney. Kidney's would have issues handling the salt and spices and pesticides. Ah I should mention more that I noticed swollen glands after eating the cooked food, just like it was written in so many places that cooked food causes increased white blood cells - although that doesn't necessarily mean swelling is from increased white blood cells, but is certainly indicative of some kind of action. PRobably lymph and given the runny nose and mucus increase the congestion that happened while eating... all this points to what it actually is - not the best food.

we have choice. We can eat pizza and meat and all sorts of things and say we have a good time eating it and even have a good time eating it, but there's a better option. And if we are offered a good option and a great option - we must take the great option if we want to grow in life.

The Raw Vegan Continues Despite Slip-Ups

So it's funny I am back to identifying myself as a coucabetic pesticidic raw vegan. I also realize I have spicitis and condimentacious alimentarious disorder. Yesterday I under-ate and under drank and got lost driving several times and went up and down in frustrations and calmness. It was very appropriate experience for me - several days earlier I had recorded an audio track about how being in traffic is a good register for understanding our personal emotional baselines.

In that audio track, I pretty much exactly explained a situation that I then experienced. I was an hour late to pick up a friend and had no cell phone to call him and would not know how to get to his house or to the Berkeley Bowl where we planned to buy organics in bulk.

After getting on the wrong track over 4 times, I finally arrived at the destination and was elated to see him there. I had sent him "psychic" messages and was somewhat peaceful in teh fact that he is an aware, God centered, meditating, Tai Chi-ing, general genius so he certainly wouldn't feel like he's really "wasting his time."

Anyhow I pick him up and we get to the Berkeley Bowl and I find tons of organics.

40 pounds organic bananas - $22
7 organic pineapples - $13.50
A case of organic honey dew - $18

We'll see how good everything is.

Anyhow, after I've been posting how strongly I say 100% organic and 100% raw on giveittomeraw.com I ended up eating organic corn chips and non organic homemade guacomole and non-organic papaya that tasted weird to put it simply - it tasted like coffee ice cream - I don't know if that's the new "coffee" flavored pesticide or what but I didn't like. I became congested somewhere in the process of eating and now have a bit of a runny nose and spit out yellow phlegm.

My body is healing though and my postural improvements are things that I also correlate with phlegm removal. My understanding is that improper posture = inflamed areas = areas inflamed with mucus that when the posture is improved, the mucus can be removed. I have noticed that just by massaging certain parts of my body, mucus flow happens and I can spit some out.

Lessons Learned:

Keep a back up 3-4 pounds of organic dates and organic raisins
Keep water in easily transportable bottles.
Stop denying your coucabetic pesticidis.

Today I am seeking deep clarity.

Clarity on my work here. Clarity on my opportunity to go to Hawaii. Clarity on my finances. Clarity on my projects. Clarity on my future and life maps. Clarity on my day to day life. Clarity on my love life. I am getting it. I forgive myself for my ignorance. I forgive myself for judgment. I forgive myself for drug abuse. I forgive myself for self-abuse. I forgive myself for anger. I forgive myself for making friends into strangers. I forgive myself for fear. I forgive myself to clear. I forgive myself for taking on enormous tasks. I forgive myself for not going to sun to bask. I forgive myself for taking others to task, instead of simply removing all my unnecessary masks. I forgive myself for wearing masks. I forgive myself for wearing masks. I forgive myself for making pain. I forgive myself. I forgive myself for energetic drain. I forgive myself for laziness. I forgive myself for haziness. I forgive myself for mazes in this. I forgive myself.

My dream life has become much more interesting.

I want to spend the right amount of time with dreams pretty much everyday.
To do yoga and stretch everyday.
To meditate everyday.
To be in love everyday.
To write everyday.
To read everyday.
to tend to gardens most days.
To sing praise everyday.
To connect with healing the planet and harmonizing behaviors towards that.
To learn meaningful things.
To have greater clarity on my larger projects.
To see myself as organized.

Day 34 8-1-1 Organic Raw Vegan

So I went to dinner today. And brought along a salad and ate none of the food. I am continuing to maintain 100%. I mean it when I say 100%.

Tomorrow I will eat plenty bananas. PLENTY. Not bad for a lady to pay $4 a day on the major calorie source - and you can likely forage for your greens, but paying a couple bucks ain't no thang neither.

I feel ridiculously good. Every sense has been upgraded. I considered myself intelligent before. Now I feel so much more clear. So much more open. So much more positive and so much more aware of subtle negativities and my power to shift them to rein them in energetically and recirculate the energetic harvest.

So being at dinner was easy. I had a huge salad and others ate from it and though the smells of the various dishes were nice, but I'm committed. As soon as I see 90 years old who run marathons and eat cheeseburgers, I'll believe it's possible... I can see that future for organic raw vegans.

I should add that my basketball skills have massively improved.
